System Support Analyst (Part-time 3 days per week to Full-Time)

About you

You’ll have at least 3 years of solid expertise and knowledge of Practice Management Systems (PMS) within a legal setting and have demonstrated skills in administering, training, upgrading, data cleaning, supporting, scripting, and developing such systems, in accordance with system, business and user requirements.

Some previous knowledge of SOS Connect and Practice Manager would be beneficial.

You will also have at least 2 years of analyst or developer experience where you have analysed, presented, and queried system data, co-ordinated, designed, developed, built, and tested software applications.

About the team you will be joining

The team will manage centrally: the support, implementation, configuration, change and integration of software applications that support specific business processes. We aim to optimise business processes and system functionality, promote system best practice, improve communication and data flow within the organisation, and enhance overall efficiency for both users and end client use.

Our team works on both an independent and collaborative basis. We frequently support each other on projects and change requests. Each team member is valued for bringing their own unique expertise and knowledge to both problem-solving and planning to ensure a thorough, reliable, and consistent knowledge base for support and managing change.

What will I be doing?

Initially you will be responsible for frontline PMS Support and PMS administration cover as well as dealing with business change requests & issues related to this system, such as customisation, workflow management, report writing and development.

You will also be working primarily on two PMS related projects with a view to managing and co-ordinating these independently in future. These are the 1) Yearly PMS Software Upgrade and 2) Ongoing PMS Data Cleansing/Housekeeping Project.

Over time you will also be responsible for other business systems support and other system change initiatives and projects as required.
