Planning For Children and Young People with SEND

Financial planning for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can be a complex matter for families. To help you, the CWJ team are holding a free talk for parents of children with SEND on Thursday 15^th October 4- 5.30pm at our offices.

The session will address challenges head-on, providing you with valuable insights.

- Setting up Trusts

- Estate planning: Wills, guardianship, and Lasting Powers of Attorney

- Deputyships – what you need to know

After the talk there will be an opportunity to stay for refreshments and speak to our team of lawyers.
