20% Discount for NHS Key Workers on all Wills

For the month of April, CWJ are offering all NHS key workers 20% discount on all Wills made. To start the process please complete an enquiry form stating that you are a NHS key worker and we will get in touch with you. A scanned copy of NHS ID will be required.

The process of writing a Will during the UK lockdown

Many of our clients prefer having a face-to-face meeting to discuss making a Will however, under the current circumstances this isn’t possible. We are doing everything we can to minimise any potential disruption and continue to provide the service our clients expect from us. All members of staff have secure remote access to our systems which means we are fully operational with access to client files.

We can arrange a video call with you (or telephone call if you do not have facilities for a video call) and take instructions from you. After the conversation the drafted Will can be sent to you by email or in the post for approval or amendment.

We will also advise clients on the appropriate way to get the Wills signed in the physical presence of two witnesses while still practising social distancing and minimising person-to-person contact.
